Apex Service Partners, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations across multiple markets. This role focuses on financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, while developing a team of accounting professionals.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
CPA license preferred.
Experience in multi-entity or platform environments strongly preferred.
ERP experience required (Sage Intacct or similar systems a plus).
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
Manage general ledger activities and month-end close processes.
Ensure SOX controls and internal audit requirements are met.
Lead accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
Prepare detailed financial reports and present insights to senior management.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
Oversee regulatory reporting obligations, including tax filings.
