Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MS or MBA preferred.
• CPA credential preferred.
• 10+ years of full-time experience in public accounting or industry.
• International operations experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Remote team leadership experience.
• Strong GAAP, internal controls, reconciliations, and financial close expertise.
• NetSuite is highly preferred; Concur and ADP familiarity beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Establish accounting policies and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts receivable and cash application.
• Manage accounts payable, payroll, and payroll tax compliance.
• Oversee international accounting across entities.
• Lead financial system enhancements and implementations (NetSuite/Concur/ADP).
• Prepare audit workpapers and liaise with external auditors.
• Advise executives on GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strengthen reporting quality and disclosures across the organization.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team.
• Support strategic organizational priorities.
