Jobgether SRL is partnering to hire an International Accounting Manager based in the United States. The role leads accounting and financial reporting across more than 20 international subsidiaries, oversees close processes, statutory reporting, audits, and relations with external accounting providers.

You will coach an international team, drive automation, strengthen internal controls, and partner with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, Legal and HR to support global expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including substantial experience managing international accounting activities.
• Active CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Previous public accounting experience, Big Four preferred.
• Strong experience with international statutory reporting, local audits, and close processes.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and intercompany accounting.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across international entities and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency accounting.
• Own statutory reporting and local audits, coordinating with external auditors across jurisdictions.
• Oversee conversion of local GAAP results to US GAAP and manage external providers.
• Coach and develop international accounting teams; escalate complex issues.
• Drive automation, internal controls, and finance transformation across the org.
