Foundation Performance Solutions is recruiting for a confidential client: a donor-advised fund sponsor. The role supports gift and grant operations, performing processing, verification and due diligence while collaborating with finance and grants colleagues.

It is remote, with US business hours in consideration of a distributed team. The position reports to the Controller and involves ensuring accurate records, compliance screening and documentation as a backbone of the organization’s

Qualifications

• Experience in gift processing, grantmaking, nonprofit or financial operations, or due diligence.
• Excellent accuracy, organization and discretion.
• Sound judgment and the confidence to ask questions and elevate concerns.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial or grant-management systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile gifts from multiple channels, including donation platforms and third-party sponsor systems.
• Verify remitter, donor/recommender and recipient information and match each gift to the correct fund.
• Research unmatched or unrecommended gifts, resolve missing information and document follow-up.
• Support first-line donor and recipient due diligence including KYC, AML and sanctions screening.
• Document concerns and elevate when needed.
• Before a grant is approved, check documentation, recipient eligibility, restrictions and payment details.
• Organize charity documents, ensure completeness and renewals are up to date.
• Provide backup support as trained.
