Prison Fellowship is seeking a detail‑driven grants operations professional to lead the full grant lifecycle, from planning through closeout. You will liaison with Relationship Managers and multiple departments to ensure timely, donor‑centered proposals and reporting, aligned with our mission.

The role emphasizes project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and meticulous record‑keeping across Salesforce, SharePoint, and grants platforms. Remote work is available with limited travel.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of grant administration or related nonprofit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience coordinating complex, deadline‑driven projects.
• Experience with CRM/grants systems (Salesforce preferred).

• Oversee grant planning from intake to approval.
