Job summary

Optimize Consulting LLC is seeking an entry-level Development Coordinator to support major gifts and grants work in a fully remote role. You will research donors, build profiles, and coordinate outreach across multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate CRM records and timely reporting.

You will collaborate with consultants, manage outreach from first contact to meeting, and help assemble proposals and supporting documents as needed. A strong focus on discretion and organization is essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with no minimum years of experience.
• Research and coordinate donor profiles, wealth screens, and prospect lists.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of donor records in multiple CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Run wealth screens in iWave and build donor profiles and meeting briefs.
• Build prospect and foundation lists for client campaigns and meetings.
• Contact donors and foundations to schedule meetings and coordinate outreach.
• Draft follow-up messages and ensure next steps are recorded.
• Keep CRM data current and generate reports as needed.
