Foundation Performance Solutions is recruiting for a confidential client: a donor-advised fund sponsor that helps U.S. donors support charitable causes internationally. The organization processes about $300 million in gifts and grants a year. In a typical week that means about 1,500 individual gifts and 150 grant disbursements, across seven donor-advised fund sponsor platforms, supporting several hundred overseas charities. Volume increases during peak giving seasons.
We’re looking for a discreet, detail-oriented professional to support gift and grant operations. The role combines accurate processing and reconciliation with first-line donor and recipient due diligence, documentation and follow-up. You will be trained to support equivalency review and serve as backup for it, building depth across the organization’s gift, grant and charity-review processes.
This position reports to the Controller and work closely with finance and grants colleagues on handoffs and process improvements.
This is an operational support role. Final equivalency determinations and legal decisions sit with authorized reviewers, and payment approvals sit with authorized approvers.
