Prison Fellowship is seeking a highly organized grant operations professional to oversee the full grant lifecycle—from intake and proposal development through award administration and closeout. You will serve as the primary liaison to Relationship Managers, coordinating timelines, submissions, and documentation to keep work on track.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, donor‑centered reporting, and process improvements.

Formación

• 2-5 years in grant administration, fundraising operations, or related nonprofit functions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred
• Experience coordinating complex, deadline-driven projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with foundation prospect research
• Experience with CRM or grants-management systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to data accuracy and detail
• Ability to collaborate across teams without direct supervisory authority
• Familiarity with funder portals and project-management tools (Smartsheet)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential information

Responsabilidades

• Grant planning, from intake through proposal development and approval
• Establish timelines, roles, dependencies, and communication structures
• Coordinate participation across multiple internal teams
• Facilitate proposal submission and ensure funder requirements are met
• Manage funder portals and award documentation for implementation
• Oversee post-award reporting and closeout processes
• Monitor grant commitments, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead continuous improvement of grant processes and systems
• Collaborate on foundation prospect research and pipeline development
• Translate research into actionable cultivation opportunities
