Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills
• English language proficiency and HCIR credentialing knowledge may be required

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet KPIs, brand objectives, and financial targets
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and evaluate post-call outcomes
• Build trusted customer relationships and solve customer needs to maximize sales
• Develop call plans to optimize coverage and frequency for key customers
• Share market intelligence with field team and brand team for alignment and strategy execution
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and build disease state expertise
