Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• Proven track record of success in selling with strong presentation skills
• Ability to influence others and build credible relationships within a matrix organization
• HCIR credentialing requirements and related compliance responsibilities are essential

• Deliver sales performance and achieve KPIs, targets and marketing objectives
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluations
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and solve customer needs
• Execute call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to optimize strategy
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and engage disease-state experts and speakers
