Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; five years total with at least three in pharma.
• HCIR credentialing requirements to access facilities.
• Proven ability to sell and deliver engaging presentations.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 25%.

Responsabilités

• Deliver sales performance and hit brand KPIs and targets.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives; evaluate post-call outcomes.
• Build customer relationships and solve needs for win‑win agreements.
• Develop call plans to maximize access and opportunities in territory.
• Share market insights with in‑field and brand teams to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and develop disease-state experts.
