AbbVie is seeking a field-based sales professional to cover the Greenville, Wilmington, East Raleigh, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC area. You will execute brand strategy, manage territory performance and build strong customer relationships with healthcare providers to maximize both short- and long-term sales results.

You will adhere to AbbVie’s business code of conduct and applicable laws while working within a dynamic field team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills
• English language proficiency verbally and in writing (for all non-English speaking countries)
• HCIR credentialing requirements to gain access to facilities and organizations in the territory

Responsabilités

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets and marketing objectives to meet or exceed those objectives
• Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluations to improve sales performance
• Proactively address customer needs and build trusted relationships to achieve win-win agreements
• Develop and execute a call plan to optimize coverage and frequency to key customers
• Share market intelligence on customer needs, territory landscape, competitors and dynamics to align with brand strategy
