Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).

• Excellent problem-solving skills for complex transportation logistics.
• Experience in customer service or logistics is advantageous in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support on consumer electronics logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end transportation issues and ensure premium resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track shipments and resolve distribution challenges.
• Maintain high satisfaction scores through professional, empathetic German communication.
• Document logistics cases using CRM software and capture transit feedback.
