Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice seeking licensed therapists to provide telehealth psychotherapy for older adults. Therapists can set flexible schedules and work from home, with options for part-time or full-time engagement and a 1099 or W2 arrangement dependent on hours.

We support clinicians with a dedicated clinical lead, admin assistance, and a robust care team. Per-session compensation is competitive, with benefits for those meeting weekly hour thresholds, including health

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in applicable field required.
• License must be active in Vermont.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Familiar with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
