Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice delivering mental healthcare to older adults. You’ll be supported with care navigators, a clinical lead, and real-time admin help while building a full telehealth caseload from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a fee-for-service basis, with 1099 or W2 options and no marketing or referrals required.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license and South Carolina licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults; telehealth familiarity.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
