Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We provide a full support system, including clinical leadership and admin assistance, so therapists can focus on care from home.

We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service roles for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) with options for 1099 or W2 status. Start at 15–25 hours per week and build from there.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Wisconsin.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
