Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is actively seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy for older adults across the United States.

The role offers flexible, fee-for-service opportunities and the option of 1099 or W2 arrangements with scheduling you set, including 15–25 hours per week to start and potential growth. Clinicians receive dedicated clinical leadership, administrative support, and access to modern telehealth tools with AI documentation assistance, enabling focus on patient care

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (Nevada) required.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Telehealth platforms and electronic health records experience.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
