Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapeutic services to older adults. You will design individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy from home, with the backing of clinical leads and real-time admin support.

You can set a part-time or full-time schedule across 7 days, with 1099 or W2 options and built-in scheduling to fill your caseload. Generous training, CEUs, and benefits for eligible W2 clinicians are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in RI.
• Master's or doctoral degree in SW, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
