Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting independent licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy to older adults nationwide, with all administrative work and scheduling handled for you. You’ll work from home, supported by a clinical lead and real-time admin team, and you’ll not market or chase referrals.

Set your own schedule across 7 days a week, with part-time or full-time opportunities. 1099 or W2 options and Medicare billing support are available to fit your practice.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Vermont.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with older adults and geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
