Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We handle caseloads and admin so you can focus on clinical care from home.

We offer part-time and full-time, with flexible scheduling and per-session pay, plus dedicated support and growth opportunities. Licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) can start at 15 to 25 hours per week (1099 or W2) and scale from there, serving patients across all 50 states.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Georgia.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Familiar with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
