Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists for fully remote, fee-for-service work with flexible hours. Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow your caseload across 50 states.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Utah.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Utah licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC) required.
• Experience with older adults and geriatric populations preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHRs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Use EMR and AI documentation tools efficiently.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.

Formation

Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

Utah licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC)

Active independent clinical license
