Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. offers a nationwide remote therapy practice for older adults, handling your caseload and admin tasks so you can focus on clinical care from home.

We provide flexible scheduling across 7 days, with part-time or full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) on a fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours (1099) or 25 hours (W2) per week and grow from there.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license as LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
