Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. offers teletherapy opportunities for independently licensed clinicians. Work from home on a flexible, fee-for-service basis with part-time or full-time options.

Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and grow your caseload with a dedicated clinical lead and real-time admin support. You’ll deliver psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, design personalized plans, and use AI documentation to focus on patients.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Kentucky
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
