Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists for fully remote, fee-for-service roles. Start at 15–25 hours per week (1099 or W2) with flexible scheduling seven days a week, nationwide in the US.

We provide administrative support, a dedicated clinical lead, and a platform to grow a full caseload while you maintain clinical autonomy and pursue geriatric-focused training. Competitive per-session pay and benefits for 25+ hours weekly are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Delaware.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
