Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. offers part-time and full-time, independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) a remote, fee-for-service role. Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) with potential to grow, and enjoy dedicated clinical leadership, admin support, and a strong referral pipeline.

Clinicians can set their own schedules across 7 days a week, with no on-call or evenings required, and receive competitive per-session compensation and benefits for 25+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Experience with geriatric populations and telehealth is preferred.
• Missouri licensed is required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults via virtual care.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
