Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide remote practice delivering mental healthcare to older adults. Therapists are supported with caseload management, admin help, and clinical leadership from experienced directors, all from the comfort of home.

We offer part-time and full-time roles for independently licensed therapists on a fee-for-service basis, with start options of 15 or 25 hours per week and flexible scheduling across 7 days.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Idaho to practice independently.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults; telehealth platforms and EHR familiarity; Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
