Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide, fully remote therapy practice focused on improving mental health for older adults. We handle caseloads and admin so clinicians can focus on care, within a supportive clinical community.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis, with options for 1099 or W2 and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required.
• Licensed in Hawaii.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Telehealth platforms and EHR experience essential.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using our EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
