Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide teletherapy provider delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults from home. We fill your caseload, provide administrative support, and back you with a dedicated clinical lead and team to ensure you thrive in a flexible, fee-for-service model.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) with schedules seven days a week and options for 1099 or W2 arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Nebraska.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Telehealth platforms and electronic health records familiarity.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
