We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service roles for independently licensed therapists. Start at 15–25 hours per week with 1099 or W2 options, flexible schedule across 7 days, and strong support including clinical leads and secure EMR tools.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in the United States.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with older adults and telehealth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using our EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular, paid case consultations.
