Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle admin work, and provide ongoing clinical support from home.

Clinicians receive competitive per-session rates, a supportive team, and access to dedicated clinical leads and training. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a fee-for-service basis.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required.
• Licensed in Arkansas and eligible to practice.
• Master's or doctoral degree in SW, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Experience serving older adults preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth tools and EHR systems.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
