Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting licensed therapists to provide telehealth psychotherapy to older adults from a fully remote position. Clinicians set schedules with 7 days a week availability, starting at 15 hours per week as 1099 or 25 hours per week as W2, with caseload growth anticipated.

The role offers wraparound support, no marketing, and competitive per-session pay plus benefits for W2 clinicians (health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with employer matching).

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Wyoming.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
