Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy for older adults from home. You will receive built-in caseloads, administrative support, and a collaborative clinical team to ensure quality care.

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities on a fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and grow from there, with a nationwide remote model and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
