Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice seeking licensed therapists to provide psychotherapy to older adults from home. You’ll have wraparound patient support, no marketing, and a steady referral pipeline.

Start part-time (15 hours/week) or full-time (25 hours/week) on a fee-for-service basis, with options for 1099 or W2 arrangements. You’ll set your own schedule, receive dedicated clinical leadership, real-time admin support, and access to modern telehealth tools and AI

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in New York

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation with our EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations

Education

Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
