Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide remote psychotherapy for older adults across the United States. You will join a supportive telehealth team with wraparound patient support and no marketing required.

Choose a part‑time or full‑time schedule, with flexible hours seven days a week, either 1099 or W2; gain access to AI-assisted documentation and ongoing clinical supervision, plus generous benefits for eligible W2 clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required.
• Licensed in Ohio.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
