Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide remote therapy practice dedicated to aging adults. We provide caseload support, administrative assistance, and a collaborative clinical community to help you thrive from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and grow from there.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain licensure in Wisconsin.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, geriatrics preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's needs.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
