Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring independent clinicians for fully remote psychotherapy with older adults. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there, with per-session pay and comprehensive support.

You’ll work with a dedicated clinical lead, receive admin support, and match with patients without marketing or referrals. Flexible, ongoing professional growth included.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Delaware.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
