Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed clinicians to provide remote psychotherapy to older adults.

You’ll work within a supportive telehealth team, with a dedicated clinical lead and admin support, and you’ll set a flexible schedule across seven days, including weekend availability. The role offers fee-for-service pay for 1099 clinicians or benefits for W2 clinicians, with full schedule management and patient matching.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license to practice (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Louisiana.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related therapy field.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Familiar with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus; we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tooling.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
