Job summary

Sailor Health, a nationwide virtual practice, hires licensed therapists to deliver psychotherapy to older adults from home. We handle scheduling, admin, and provide clinical leadership so you can focus on care in a flexible, fee-for-service model.

Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2), with opportunities to grow. We match you with patients, offer ongoing supervision, CEUs, geriatric training, and a supportive team. Tennessee licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Tennessee.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
