Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual mental health practice specializing in geriatric care. We provide a supportive clinical community, handle administrative tasks, and offer flexible, fee-for-service or W2 opportunities to licensed therapists.

Join a mission-driven team delivering care from home with real-time support, dedicated clinical leadership, and ongoing professional development. Start at 15 hrs/week (1099) or 25 hrs/week (W2) and grow your caseload as you wish.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Alaska.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus – we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
