Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We support therapists with caseload management, admin tasks, and collaborative clinical guidance, all from home.

We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service roles starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2), with flexible schedules and dedicated provider support to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Delaware.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
