Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We provide scheduling support, administrative help, and a strong clinical community so therapists can focus on delivering psychotherapy from home.

Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) with flexible workloads. We seek independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) licensed in Oregon, with a master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields and geriatrics experience.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Oregon.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
