Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed independent clinicians to provide teletherapy to older adults from home. The role offers fully remote work, flexible scheduling seven days a week, and a fee-for-service model with options for 1099 part-time or W-2 full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Illinois.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.
• Telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
