Job summary

Total Life is seeking Iowa-licensed psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LMHCs for remote, part-time roles focused on seniors. Therapists will deliver wellness-based, goal-oriented care with minimal administrative burden via an automated scheduling and billing platform.

Flexible hours (10–25 hrs/week) and remote work from home; compensation ranges per session with rates between $55 and $90 depending on license type and experience. Prioritizes autonomy and impact on elderly clients.

Qualifications

• Iowa license required (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC).
• Minimum of two years post-licensure clinical mental health experience.
• Liability/malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain before start.
• Active NPI; Medicare credentials/CAQH are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual therapy using a wellness-based model.
• Utilize CBT and solution-focused approaches for late-life depression and anxiety.
• Assist retirement identity coaching and transition support for seniors.
• Support medication adherence and pain management counseling in geriatric clients.
