Job summary

Sailor Health is recruiting independently licensed therapists for nationwide remote mental health care of older adults. We offer part-time and full-time, 1099 or W2 arrangements, flexible schedules, and guaranteed caseload support with no marketing or referrals chasing.

Join a supportive clinical team with real-time admin help, an AI documentation assistant, and comprehensive benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match) for eligible W2 clinicians. Connecticut licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent.
• Licensed in Connecticut or eligible for licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus; we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
