Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice offering remote psychotherapy for older adults. We provide caseload support, administrative assistance, and a collaborative clinical community to help therapists thrive from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) with flexible, fee-for-service or W2 arrangements. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and grow your caseload.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Colorado
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team; manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
