Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting licensed therapists to provide teletherapy for older adults from a home setting. You set your own schedule and can work part-time or full-time on a fee-for-service basis. The model includes support staff, no marketing, and a steady referral pipeline.

Both 1099 and W2 arrangements are available with the option for full caseload growth. We provide AI-assisted documentation and ongoing clinical supervision, plus benefits for eligible W2 clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in New Hampshire.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
