Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth from a flexible, home-based setup.

Clinicians join a supportive team with dedicated clinical leads and admin support, ensuring a therapy-focused practice and streamlined operations. Both part-time and full-time options are available on a fee-for-service basis, with 1099 or W2 arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Maryland.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
