Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting independent clinicians to provide teletherapy to older adults from home. The role offers flexible, weekly hours (7 days a week available) with admin support and a dedicated clinical lead.

Clinicians operate on a fee-for-service basis, with options for 1099 or W2 (>25 hrs/week). We provide scheduling support, CEUs, and clinical supervision as you grow.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license required.
• Licensed in Arkansas.
• Master's or doctoral degree in relevant field.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Telehealth platforms and EHR familiarity.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults virtually.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation with EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
