Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice seeking licensed therapists for part-time and full-time, fee-for-service roles. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with remote work from home and strong clinical support.

Deliver evidence-based therapy to older adults, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a care team while leveraging EMR and AI documentation tools. Medicare billing is handled by the organization.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Kentucky.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in virtual settings.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
