Job summary

Sailor Health is seeking licensed therapists for full-time or part-time telehealth roles delivering psychotherapy to older adults from a remote home-based setting. You will join a supportive clinical community, have no on-call, set your own hours, and receive dedicated admin support, with options for health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) if you work 25+ hours weekly.

Starting workloads are 15 hours weekly (1099) or 25 hours weekly (W2) with fee-for-service structure and Medicare billing

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Nebraska.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
